5 mins Preparation, Make 1 servings
- 2 Slices of your favourite Promise Gluten free loaf
- 1 Punnet of strawberries, quartered
- Splash of water
- 2 Tblsp caster sugar or honey
Poach strawberries in a small pan with sugar and a splash of water, till just soft.
Allow to cool.
Serve on your slices of Promise gluten free toast with or without butter.
